Code Blue Started at humble beginnings and to this day Elmore and his team still pride themselves in their personal touch.

After Elmore left school in 1987 and spent 1988 – 1989 in the South African Army. After coming home from the army he took up a job in a reputable alarm company as a technician. Working in the industry for 3 years and becoming one of the youngest specialising in his field he decided to go on his own and start Code Blue Alarms and worked alone with casual staff from 1992 – 1998.

1 July 1998 Code Blue Alarms and Monitoring was born, with one control room operator and one reaction officer Elmore roped his wife, Tracey in to assist in the running of what was fast becoming a well known and trusted security company in East London. The first 6 years were tough and Elmore and Tracey managed to grow the company and its well known reputation in East London. Today Code Blue employs 35 staff members and has a dedicated Technical team, reaction team and two control room operators as well as a sales team who make sure the client gets exactly what they need. To this day Elmore is very proud of how his hands on training with the technical team still takes place. Making sure that all installations are done to high standards and his emphasis is always on neatness and accuracy of the job being done, no matter how big or small.
